Originally this dining room was a small, insignifigant room that was enclosed in walls. We opened the walls up to the rest of the home and added the antique pillars and coiffured ceiling. We added the architectural mirror feature and modernized the staircase.

Our "Beyond Staging" services aim to alleviate stress and streamline the process of preparing a home for the market and maximizing its sale value.

We first assist the homeowner with re-purposing, recycling, and selectively removing existing furnishings and accessories. Then, we strategically add new design elements selected through the lens of what the homeowner desires to have in their new home. No wasted money or time.

This is more practical and inspiring than simply "staging" a home with furnishings and accessories that will be discarded at the time of sale. The sellers new home becomes a physical and psychological extension of their existing home - honoring their treasured memories while updating interior design.
